Returns

Because many of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first contact your local carrier or check with neighbors or your building's mailroom. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we'll do our best to help determine the next steps.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been submitted. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
